I'm actively trying to prepare for this. I lost about 40 lbs and have quit smoking while my wife has been pregnant, but I'm worried that when the day care pick up/drop off fall to me and I revert to waiting for my wife to come home from work, my good habits will fall by the wayside. We'll find out in a few weeks.
